    "result": {"data":{"wpPage":{"uri":"/home/account-management/off-market-transactions/how-do-i-transfer-shares-from-share-market-to-another-demat-account-using-easiest/","title":"How do I transfer shares from PhonePe Invest to another demat account using Easiest?","content":"\n<p>To transfer shares from PhonePe Invest to another demat account: </p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Register on CDSL <a href=\"http://web.cdslindia.com/myeasitoken/home/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here</a>. </li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in and and enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and email ID. </li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Setup under Transactions</strong>&gt;<strong>Bulk Setup.</strong></li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Transaction </strong>and enter the execution date. Also enter the Beneficiary owner ID (BOID) and the PAN of the person to whom you’re transferring shares to. </li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select NA from the drop-down in the <strong>Entity Identifier</strong>.</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Account ISINs </strong>and select the ISINs of your holdings from the list. </li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the quantity and select the reason for the trade.<br><strong>Note:</strong> If the off-market transfer is not a gift or self-transfer and involves a consideration, stamp duty <a href=\"https://s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/staticassets.zerodha.net/support-portal/2023/01/20/Article/62R8XMO5_Stampduty_charges_1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(PDF) </a>must be paid to CDSL online <a href=\"https://s3.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/staticassets.zerodha.net/support-portal/2023/12/27/Article/VQTXV7WE_DP-748-INTIMATION_FOR_ADDITION_IN_BANK_ACCOUNT_DETAILS_FOR_STAMP_DUTY.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(PDF) </a>before transferring.</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Submit</strong>&gt;<strong>Verify</strong>.<br><strong>Note: </strong>Exchange ID, Counter Party Exchange ID, Market Type, Counter Party Market Type, Settlement ID, and Counter Settlement ID need not be filled in for off-market transactions.</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Commit</strong> and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and email.</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the 8-digit alphanumeric Easiest PIN you’ve received on the registered email ID. Do not enter the 6-digit CDSL TPIN.<br><strong>Note:</strong> First-time users must change the default PIN by clicking <strong>Miscellaneous</strong>&gt;<strong>Change PIN</strong>.</li>\n</ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Your transfer request will then be sent to the Depository Participant (DP) for confirmation. Once approved, the transfer will be done.</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:</strong></p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Off-market transfer requests submitted before 6 pm on trading days will be processed on the same day. Any request placed after 6 pm will be rejected</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer requests will be processed only after some time as we need to verify the availability of shares in your account, as you may have raised a transfer request for stocks you sold on the same day. </li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will not be able to transfer shares and mutual funds that are under lock-in</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Off-market transaction charges are 0.04% of the transfer value or ₹50 per ISIN (whichever is higher) along with 18% GST. You must maintain a sufficient balance for the charges to be debited</li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your transfer request may get rejected if you’ve sold the shares before it is approved, or if the balance in your trading account is negative. In rare cases, the sale transaction may not be rejected and can go to auction.
