Only stocks that have been successfully credited to your demat account by the record date will be considered.</p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before applying, please keep these key details in mind:&nbsp;</p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Unpledge your shares:</strong> Only free holdings are eligible for a buyback. If any of your shares are currently pledged for trading margin, you must unpledge them first.</li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Authorize the transfer:</strong> If you have not activated Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction (<strong>DDPI</strong>) for your account, you must manually approve the debit using your <strong>CDSL TPIN</strong>.
