What is a BTST trade and when will I get the money in my trading account?

Buy Today, Sell Tomorrow (BTST) is a trading strategy where you buy shares today and sell them on the next trading day to profit from overnight price jumps.

For BTST trades, 100% of your sale proceeds will be credited to your trading account on the next trading day.

Here is an example timeline:

• Monday: You bought 1 share of company ABC at ₹1,000 → ₹1,000 is debited
• Tuesday: You sold the same ABC share at ₹1,100 → ₹1,100 is earned but not yet credited
• Wednesday: Your trade amount has been successfully credited → ₹1,100 is credited in your trading account
