Why am I unable to place a fund withdrawal request?

You may be unable to place a fund withdrawal request due to any of the following reasons:

• T+1 settlement: Funds from stocks sold today are only withdrawable on the next trading day
• Same-day deposits: Money deposited today cannot be withdrawn until tomorrow
• More than maximum withdrawal: You can only withdraw the maximum withdrawable balance, not your total available balance
• Pending orders: Pending orders or new trades block funds, reducing your available withdrawal amount
• Daily limit: You can only place one withdrawal request per day
